My love of all things metaphysical began many years ago and has blossomed into a wonderful journey.   Much of my spiritual journey has been through loss and grief, and each opportunity for healing has opened my heart light more and more, enabling me to work from a space of unconditional love.

Each challenging event in my life has been a wonderful opportunity for me to achieve even greater understanding and healing and has brought me closer to my soul’s purpose of unconditional love.

I have studied a wide variety of therapies and modalities over many years and each one has taken me on another part of my journey.    Major change and transformation has been part of my life since very young.

I’d like to offer you a safe space to retreat for a while, somewhere you can come to just take a deep breath from however your life is right now, where you can relax in your own space and get in touch with your soul once more and remember who you are.   This stillness is the space from which your answers will come.
